Revolutionary Activity of Ernst Reuters in the Saratov Volga Region (1918)

The author analyzes a short Saratov period of the course of life of a well-known German social democrat Ernst Reuter. According to the directive of the RSFSR Council of Peoples Commissars Chairman V. I. Lenin and Peoples Commissar on Nationalities J. V Stalin a German war prisoner and communist Ernst Reuter was sent to Saratov Volga Region in April 1918 where he became the leader of the Volga Region Commissariat on the Germans. He was in charge of establishing the Soviet power in German colonies and participated in the creation of the Autonomous Region of the Volga Germans.

The author analyses the search of a special political way, which allowed Francisco Franco to prevent the participation in the war, retain the power and preserve the relative stability in the country. Special attention is paid to the development of relations between Francoist Spain with Germany, Italy, USA and Great Britain.

Статья посвящена рассмотрению российско-германских культурных контактов в XVII–XVIII вв. в области музыкального искусства. На основании широкого ряда документальных источников анализируются культурные контакты России и Германии в области композиторского творчества, исполнительской деятельности, концертной жизни России, нотоиздательской деятельности. В центре внимания оказываются процессы взаимодействия / диалога российской и германской культур, показывается, что данный процесс имеет двунаправленное действие, при этом роль немецкой музыкальной традиции оказывается исключительно важной.
